Pro Race - Class 3 & 4 Rapids on Upper Sabie U1

This year the race wil not be a trip down the whole section but will be more spectator friendly. Spectators will be able to watch the whole race from the banks, bring your own gazebo.

The Race will take place at Jeffs Rapid, Lock stock and Two smoking Barrels and Syphon Falls.

Athletes will start with a time trial, one by one, all three rapis.

Then its Dual Eliminator, Two athletes at a time through the first two rapids.

Finals - Fastest Three over all 3 Rapids (If Syphon Falls is not too stickey)

Beginner and Intermediate Race - Class 2 Rapids

The Race will take place at Lion's Rock Rapis in the Sabie Commercial section. (AKA Devils Knuckles). Easy acces for spectators from the banks.

Athletes will start with a time trial.

Then its Dual Eliminator.

Finals - Fastest Three.

Race Rules: Athletes have to wear helmet and PFD, No hitting, No pulling of atletes spray decks, No drunk athletes, You have to be in your boat over finish line, and Oudts will voice more rules on the day .
